Profile Description

I worked as a Customer service representative of eBay for 6 years and 5 months. I served as a listing specialist for more than three Upgrade to see actual info this department, we usually review the listings that has been reported for violating listing guidelines. We may remove the listing depending on the gravity of the violation. We will also notify the seller if they may need some revisions on their listing.
Afterwards, I was transferred to the resolutions department which handles more complicated issues such as undelivered, lost and damaged Upgrade to see actual info this department, we directly deal with customers and provide resolutions based on the issue that they have with their purchase.
Within six years, I have also been recognized by my company as an A lister. This award is given to those who haven’t been absent nor late for an entire year. I also got an X factor award that shows exemplary performance for the entire year.
Through my work experience and personal experience, I believe I can contribute all that I have learned along the way. I think the best way to learn is through experience and I believe the experience gained from this job if I were to be chosen will be valuable for me.
