• Summary of Actual Duties
o Maintains the Client’s calendar; schedules, appointments, meetings, and other commitments; assists the Client in managing his/her time effectively.
o Acts as the prime support on matters relating to scheduling of meetings, events, and other commitments, status of information requests, and other designated clerical support projects.
o Reviews correspondence, reports, and other materials for grammar, sentence structure, format, attachments, and e-mail support.
o Develops and implements processing e-mail documents and correspondence
o Responds to telephone calls for urgency and nature of business; refers calls to client's attention and personally responds to inquiries.
o Drafts and/or edits correspondence such as letters, memoranda, personal acknowledgements, reports, and other materials based on verbal instructions or own initiative using word processing.
o Develops and writes reports for the Client and other communication-related documents.
o Proofreads articles for posting.
o Edits Editorials and articles for the Client.
o Ensures best information output for the public
o Arranges press releases and media requests
o Guarantees that social media platforms are updated for the reading public
o Responsible for creating communications content and information within the organization
o Ensures that information shared in public and social media have undergone research
o Develops and executes communication tactics to avoid delays
o Manages social media updates and edits articles before posting in social media platforms
o Helps customers troubleshoot issues with modem, cable box, and their accounts
o Acts as financial advisor for clients concerning their balances
o Performs routine calculations on clients’ accounts to avoid default in payment
o Responsible for installing customer’s equipment through walk through system
o Maintains records of customer interactions
o Collaborates with others to improve the company’s system requirements
