Profile Description

Hello, my name is Rainier Tinamisan, and I’m from the Philippines. I have more than 6 years of experience in IT support and surveillance operations, especially in remote camera monitoring and security systems.

In my previous work, I was responsible for monitoring live CCTV feeds, identifying suspicious activities, and responding quickly to possible security concerns. I’m used to working long hours while staying focused and attentive to details, which is very important in surveillance work.

Aside from my surveillance experience, I also have a background in administrative support and virtual assistance. I’ve handled tasks such as email management, scheduling, data entry, customer support, documentation, and organizing reports. I’m comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other online tools and platforms needed for remote work.

I’m dependable, organized, and able to work independently from home with minimal supervision. Since I have an IT background, I can also troubleshoot common technical issues on my own and quickly adapt to new systems or software.
