I have a total of 10 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S Customers. Within this time frame, I was able to handle the Marketing side in the Publishing Industry. I can provide e-mail, ticket and phone support and will do everything to assist the customers. Assisting clients is definitely my passion. I just don't settle in answering their inquiries. My top 1 priority is to have a 100%, satisfied client. Clients that will bring positive messages about the company that I am working with and will encourage friends and families to buy or use the product of the company I am with.
