In 2021, I made a career shift after working for nearly four years as a customer service representative in the BPO industry. I transitioned into working as an online content writer, continuously equipping and upskilling myself with the necessary skills for social media management and web development. My responsibilities included market research, creating engaging images and videos for social media, interacting with visitors on social platforms, and uploading content on WordPress.
Given my affinity for working online and my eagerness to leverage my skills, I actively pursued additional training in areas such as Web Development, Pinterest marketing, email marketing, and funnel and landing page building.
