Graduated with BS in Accountancy degree with more than 3 years of Accounting Work experience on Private (6 months) and BPO (more than 3 years servicing US clients) the following are the skills I have acquired:

- Proven bookkeeping and accounting experience.

- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping like processing of bills using Upgrade to see actual info, Publishing of the invoice, bills and receipt using Receipt bank, Expensify for processing Receipts and Reimbursements, processing of invoice using Stripe, manual uploading of invoice using Saasant, and payroll processing and recording using payroll software like Gusto, ADP, GenesisHR, Justworks, Masspay, Trinet, Rippling, and Paycom, manual uploading of bank and credit card transactions in QBO, QBD & Xero, connecting different apps in the accounting software, reconciling of banks, credit cards, and merchant accounts.

- Hands-on experience with strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Apps, Hubdoc, Box, Shopify, Paypal, Karbon, Tsheets, and Toggle

- Have US Taxation experience (1099-MISC & Sales Tax) and Philippine Taxation (Sales Tax, Income Tax, Withholding Tax for Non-Vat Registered)

- Experienced and certified pro advisor of Upgrade to see actual info, Xero, Quickbooks Online, and Quickbooks Desktop.

- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Provide and Delivered Financial reports (Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss, General Ledger, and Cash Flows) within strict deadlines.

- Proficient in English.
