Dental Scheduling Coordinator
- Taking in calls from patient who want to schedule or reschedule an appointment for treatment or recare.
-Serves as Front Desk/Receptionist for the Dental Clinic.
- Ensuring schedules of Dentist and Hygienist are filled and confirmed days before the schedule date. 
-Scheduling patient for dental emergency or trauma.

Dental Verification Specialist
-worked as part-time calling dental insurances and checking insurance portal verifying full breakdown of benefits and eligibility of patients in one of the dental clinic based in New Jersey.

Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Admin Support:
-Sending email invitations to new hires and stakeholders regarding the onboarding session.
-Supporting Onboarding Team in terms of password reset requests, updating hire's info on file.
-Creating roster of new hires that will be supported by the Onboarding Team.
-Answering inquiries through email of new hires.
Dental Insurance Verification
-calling US Dental Insurance to verify patient's benefit.

Assistant Team Lead for a US based Dental Insurance: Conduct huddles and assist teammates about the product knowledge and processes. Taking escalation calls and received complaints from callers.

Provider Relation Officer- Checking the credentialing and re-credentialing status of the provider and provide instructions on the credentialing and re-credentialing process.
