I'm a Bachelor of Arts Communication graduate from DLSU-D. I have a deep fascination with marketing communications; that's why I majored in Advertising. I just love the idea of how art and strategy come together to attain marketing goals. Practically, I have developed skills in research, content creation, and marketing during my university years and training program as a Marketing Intern at International Data Corporation (IDC) Philippines.

My experiential knowledge in the field grew when I became Guangdong Oshujian Furniture's Foreign Trade Officer under Belt and Road FMLI Service Solutions Inc. My work tasks included: Customer Relations on Alibaba (e-commerce store) & Whatsapp, Email Marketing & Management, Handling CRM Platform, Cold Calling, and Lead Generation. Through fulfilling these job duties, I learned how to effectively reach out and communicate to a diverse group of people around the world to generate conversions. Hence, it also helps different institutions in their business needs.

With the hope to specialize in the e-commerce field, I've challenged myself into investing in Amazon Virtual Assistant Masterclass offered by Amazonation (an organization handled by top Amazon VAs in the Philippines). With the intensive and practical training, I've acquired new & in-depth learnings about Amazon and the necessary tasks needed for e-commerce businesses to succeed in the said platform. Responsibilities involving product research, Amazon customer service, account maintenance, listing creation, keyword research, Amazon PPC & many more were tackled & practiced during my training.

Currently, I am a Customer Service Representative in an end-to-end E-commerce service agency. This role enabled me to further harness my skills in customer service and to learn more about the operations of different platforms in e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify).

As of now, I'm willing to venture into another work opportunity for professional growth and to contribute my skillsets efficiently.
