As a Customer Service Representative, My main goals are to
respond to inquiries quickly and effectively, handle problems with empathy and
care, record problems to share with internal teams, cultivate connections, and
raise brand credibility.
To assists clients by offering useful information, serves as
the first point of contact with clients and customers and work to ensure that
they are happy with the features, services, and goods they receive.
To understand the customer’s issues and concern through
active listening, in order to resolve and troubleshoot the problem with an
optimal and effective solution.
