I have been a salesforce DevOps for 3 years now utilizing salesforce CI/CD tools such as Copado and autoRABIT, I have experience in sandbox metadata deployment, refresh and spin up.

I am proficient in using Microsoft excel from creating and utilizing formulas and scripts.

As a DevOps it is essential to have git as a foundation for the version control systems(VCS), I have been using git if the UI doesn't work on my end as a DevOps engineer.

CI/CD Implementation: Architected and implemented robust CI/CD pipelines using Copado or AutoRABIT, automating the build, and deployment processes for Salesforce. Release Management: Streamlined release management, ensuring timely and successful deployments to production environments through effective cross-functional coordination. Metadata and Data Deployment: Flawlessly deployed metadata components (Apex classes, Visualforce pages, triggers, workflows, etc.) across multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring meticulous version control and adherence to best practices. User Access Management: Acted as a secondary POC in maintaining user access to Salesforce environments, including provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts, roles, and profiles, while upholding security compliance. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Proactively assisted developers in troubleshooting and resolving deployment-related issues, identifying root causes, and implementing long-term solutions to unblock deployment processes. Process Improvement: Continuously enhanced CI/CD processes, tools, and methodologies, resulting in an increase in efficiency and improvement in reliability and scalability. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Created and maintained comprehensive documentation of CI/CD processes, deployment workflows, and troubleshooting guidelines using Confluence or Microsoft Tools Online, enabling seamless knowledge transfer and collaboration within the team. Authored an essential reference document on autoRABIT for the Salesforce team at Accenture, enabling efficient automation and improved release management practices. Training: Developed and facilitated interactive Copado training modules for new hires, covering Copado’s features and deployment practices in Salesforce CI/CD.
