Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for approximately 8 yrs now. I have experienced in assisting customers/clients over the phone with a specific product (software or hardware, websites, and other services including bank supports). I am trained with troubleshooting skills on an internet product, mobile devices and computers, product skills and support of a specific website on property management with background on reports and Ledgers.
I also have backgrounds in writing and editing as graduate of Bachelor of Science in Development communication.
