Hello, my name is ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- . I have over 8 years of experience working in customer service, appointment setting, and social media management.
I started my career way back 2017 where I worked as a Customer Support Representative handling both social media and email accounts. My role involved assisting customers, processing orders and refunds, cancellation and ensuring a positive customer experience. 
After that, I worked as an Appointment Setter, where I was responsible for cold calling, scheduling donor appointments, and handling inquiries. 
Most recently, I worked  a Social Media Engagement Specialist. In this role, I managed customer engagement across different social media platforms, built strong relationships with followers and stayed updated on social media trends.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong skills in communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving. I take pride in being adaptable, hardworking, and always willing to go the extra mile to support both my team and customers.
