Profile Description

-Source resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc. 
-Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.
-Set up interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Is involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building. 
-Makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions. 
-Provided information on employment opportunities to potential recruits 
-Managed multiple positions by sourcing, screening, qualifying, coordinating interviews, negotiating and closing candidates.
-Built and maintained candidate relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
-Ensured a right fit of candidate prior to submission to client -Provided Technical Recruiting Expertise.
-Greatly enhanced candidate screening by working closely with Hiring Managers to understand their business requirement.
