Profile Description

I've ventured out in freelancing for over 2 years now. I've worked as a Customer Service Representative, the account was a known Bookstore Company based in the entirety of America about taking/placing orders from International and tracking orders of the customers. We also have gadgets that we sell and we also troubleshoot when problems arise on the gadget of a certain customer. Additionally, we teach them about the features of the old and new releases of gadgets offered by the Company. We help each and every customers to the best we can regarding their concerns. I also have experience in transcribing audio and video files. We make sure that the accuracy of every file we work on is at customer's satisfactory level. There is but a limited time on how long we can work on certain files thus making me reliable with speed and accuracy. I am a fast learner and am more than happy to learn new skills. Being able to have a room for growth in skills and experiences is what drives Upgrade to see actual infoeing all the new skills and processes that I take responsibility for excites me and I always make sure my work gets done on time.
