where I act as their account manager in a certain Upgrade to see actual infobound and outbound call where we keep track of prospect clients. Processing new sales leads and monitor, maintain and their grow the accounts assigned to. I'm also responsible for all sales dispute or any concern about their freight whether it’s incoming or outgoing.
