Profile Description

The last four years until March 2020, as a Personal Virtual Assistant on a set task in updating Advanced Placement courses, online flashcards, and half of it on a personal task. I was to look into all preparations and requirements for my client's Licensure exam, a house, online products, customer service providers, and wedding preparations that one can think of. I worked and learn how to use Google spreadsheets to present my report to my client as there was minimal instruction. My client celebrated three occasions in June last year his wedding, for passing the state board exam, and housewarming for their new and furnished home. Building a strong long term personal working relationship with my client was an achievement. For almost two years as a Virtual Assistant/Data Entry job experience on a project-based contract, the role was an Inbound/outbound calls, Appointment setter, Data gathering, and Web research was another achievement. The project ended when an appointment was set to the biggest Mobile Home Park owner in the area of concern. The Virtual Assistant positions were without formal Training. As a Customer Service Representative in a call center for Chat and Email support for an International Service Provider Company for seven years, I earned two gold medals in recognition of the extra mile in pursuit of excellence in customer service and also awarded for outstanding contributions that embody courtesy, concern, timely resolution, and knowledge during customer interactions. The opportunity for professional development and career growth came to help and improve the performance of other representatives as a Trusted Advisor a Coach for Quality. I took advantage of a generous offer for an early retirement package, having been in the Broadcast Industry for almost 18 yrs. as an Account Executive, TV news chief/reporter, script editor, news program director, executive, and segment producer, with no formal schooling as a journalist.
