Profile Description

I completed my College through my humble effort as a working student while taking up a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. I have been working in the BPO Industry for five years. I started as a Technical Support Representative for a US Telecommunications Company of Mobile phones. After a year and a half, I got an opportunity to work with one of Canada's largest Telecommunications companies as a Technical Support Representative for Telephones, Internet, and Fiber TV connections. I also have sales experience with a work-at-home agency for sales and telemarketing jobs. I worked as a Sales Associate for several months, and from there, I learned a lot in the field of Sales and developed flexibility in handling 2 to 3 campaigns on an 8-hour daily shift.
I also used to work via Upwork as Technical Customer Support for Trail Cameras through email, chat, and over the phone. My recent work was as a Bill Negotiator, helping our clients manage their finances, and after I was promoted to a Senior Frontline Support Representative under a US Food Logistics Company working through email, chat, and over the phone. Working with these companies, I have developed and enhanced my English Communication skills, especially in handling different types of clients, managing work strategies to hit a certain Metric, and handling and coping-up with work-related stress. I also was entrusted to become my supervisor's assistant to make reports and organize our team's performance and metrics on behalf of my supervisor. Furthermore, I have developed myself working remotely and effectively with less supervision. My computer skills include Basic programming using HTML, making layouts using AutoCad Program, circuit programming using PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), Basic Graphic Designing, and on Front-End Website Designing. Also, I have gained more skills using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, and Google Documents. I also acquire skills in managing files and administrative reports, and not only that, I'm a good team player and goal-oriented.
