Profile Description

My job at my current company (an RPO company) allows me to do a variety of things. I primarily focus on candidate matching, but also get to work on database management. I am someone who believes in perseverance, determination and integrity. I also implements tactical sourcing strategies for job requisitions given by hiring managers/recruiters, using job boards and other web-based sourcing technologies, screens and qualify prospective candidates and also in charge of managing candidate databases for specific clients, as well as regularly reporting these data.
