I am an expert in delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment that supports customers through emails and inbound and outbound calls.

I have over 5 years of office experience in the BPO industry where I have learned a lot of skills and knowledge that I have today. I am efficient and confident in conversing with different people for I know that I speak and write clearly and accurately.

I am a critical thinker and have strong organization and people skills which are required to get my job done efficiently. Also, I am trained to multi-task and listen effectively.

Aside from being in the BPO, I am also a graduate of Computer Education and a teacher by profession wherein I am computer literate and possess some skills such as but not limited to:
- Familiarity with Ubuntu, Microsoft Offices, Microsoft Visual Basic, Photo, and Video Editing Applications
- Basic Scripting and Programming Languages
- Website Manager and Presentation Tools
- Computer Maintenance and Servicing
