Profile Description

Experienced in customer service work for both internal and external clients. Able to resolve complex issues with minimal supervision. Utilizes verbal and written communication skills to deal with customer inquiries and concerns. When I'm on the job, it gets done. I worked for almost 3 years as a travel agent for a US-based company, where I book and modify reservations for clients, making sure their travel is seamless from the time they make the phone call until they get to their destination. I then switched to a home-based job as an appointment setter in a real estate company for 3 months. I made outbound calls and reached out to potential clients looking to sell. I had an opportunity to work as a chat support representative for a US-based company, where I am answering all inquiries about the products that they are going to purchase and modifying their orders. Open to learning something new to gain more experience.
