Well, I would say that my task in my past job was handling all messages. I answered inquiries from possible customers and send promotional emails with our newest or seasonal products. I sent discounts to those who are interested in purchasing multiple products. I have knowledge of Google applications such as google mail/Chat,  google meet, Sheets, and Documents. I have also knowledge of using Trello. As a CSR, it is really important to tailor the customer’s needs in order to improve the company’s sales and brand reputation. Generally, I can really prove that. empathy, good communication, and problem-solving are core skills in providing excellent customer service. That's basically what I believe.
