I've been working as a freelance Virtual Assistant since 2016 when I started going to college up until now. My tasks in my previous job were to research food products, gather their information, and update our database. I also do other admin tasks, updating other virtual files and organizing them to their correct category.

I also worked as a Customer Service Representative with one year of experience working as a back-office agent. Working on sending updates to customers regarding their order via email, processing orders, checking the shipment status, payment confirmation, updating spreadsheet files, etc.
