I’ve been in this industry for like less than 4 years. I handled T-Mobile Pay in Advance as my very first job in outsourcing. I was a customer service representative for like 1 year. But I crave for more. I want to know more. And that’s the time I decided to be part of Sprint Postpaid. I learned so much. How to do sales. Soft and Hard selling. We are the front liner of the company and we are the one who’s fixing all the customer’s concerns. We help them understand their billing. What are those charges? We do troubleshooting of phones, laptops, computer, and even tablets. As well as their internet connection.
I handled and experience setting up appointments as well way back my internship in college.
The most recent is with Metro by T-Mobile. I was a Subject Matter Expert. I took supervisory and escalated calls. I am the one who’s dealing with those irate customers. But I always make sure that at the end of our conversation, they are happy and satisfied with the customer service that I provided. I always make sure that I am providing one of a kind experience to them.
I have experienced being a Virtual Assistant, Setting appointments, doing cold calling, skip tracing, e-mail, and contract blasting.
But now, I want to focus on real estate wherein I can share all these learning and experience that I have. I want to grow as an individual. And showcase all my knowledge and expertise.
