I have 10 years of experience in the BPO industry. During my years, I have worked as a customer service expert, technical support specialist, health insurance member services representative, Real Estate cold caller (Investment), team lead, subject matter expert, Skip tracer/data entry and accounts manager. Working in different accounts, I have developed my skill in campaign management, human resource and team development.
