Hi! My name is Paula. I help Industrial or Healthcare Business manage email and chat inquiries through customer support.

I’m a Customer Support VA with an experience in order processing and handling email enquiries for an Australian and New Zealand accounts. I worked with Linde - a gas company, for 3 years and 4 months which I believe helped me grow in this field. Aside from this, I also worked as a sales assistant in one of the leading developers - Filinvest Land Inc. Here, my role was to assist brokers and sellers in finalizing their sales. I process their sales bookings in the system, provide marketing materials, conducts real estate selling seminar and so on. I worked with them for 1 year and 9 months. I learned a lot from the company which helped me achieved in landing to a new job as a Permit Coordinator in the largest electricity provider in the Philippines - Meralco. My role mainly focuses in securing permits and right of way from private property owners to local government agencies. I was honed in negotiation and communication as I worked with them for almost 5 years.

Aside from these experiences, I also have an experience in managing Shopify store for a small clothing business owner based in the US which lasted for 1 year and 6 months. Here, I mainly update the product images and pricing and focuses on updating the overall shop listing to current trend.
