I am a Philippine Registered Nurse with over 5 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance, medical records review, clinical documentation, compliance auditing, and remote healthcare administrative support.

My experience includes working with U.S.-based healthcare organizations, reviewing medical records, auditing documentation, maintaining compliance trackers, ensuring record accuracy, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and assisting healthcare teams with administrative and documentation processes. I have extensive experience reviewing provider reports, utilization review determinations, caregiver and client records, and other healthcare documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
