*  Working on email management, calendar management and organizing virtual folders and drives.
*  Helping in managing the business
*   Assisting in your business, taking minutes of the meeting, collaborating, and giving opinions and comments when needed.
*   Helping in the business customer service and customer handling.
*  Assisting with Recruitment endorsement plans.
*  Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
*  Checking references and conducting background checks as necessary.
*  Scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
*  Assisting with job posting and advertising on job boards.
*  Reviewing and revising forecast timelines for the hiring process.
*  Monitoring and managing the recruitment timeline, including adjustments as necessary.
*  Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
