Profile Description

I deem myself as a Jack-of-all-Trades.  I am a nurse by profession but I have a different set of skills since I worked to myriad of fields as a College Instructress, Customer Service Representative, Radio Disc Jockey, Executive Assistant and Theater Actress.

As a Customer Service Representative:
- I have 4-year experience working remotely as e-commerce CSR handling product-related issues, assisting with returns, refund or exchanges, and upselling via live chat, email, texts and social. I have experience using different platforms such as LiveChat, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Shopify, Shipmonk, Returnly, Loop, Shipstation, Trello, Google Suite, Klaviyo, Attentive, etc. I also handled social media, such as Instagram, Reddit and TikTok, for customer engagement and addressing customer-service-related concerns.

- My six-year BPO onsite experience transformed me to become a multi-skilled agent for an Australian telecommunication company, Telstra, where I was able to train and excel as an Inbound Sales and Billing consultant answering telco product and service queries, and resolve complaints and billing concerns; as a Back-of-House agent skilled to process and / or modify services via provided system tools; as a Case Manager, a tier-two-level customer service agent making outbound calls to address and fix complex billing complaint unresolvable at Front-of-House level; and as a Inbound Chat specialist trained to address queries of up to three concurrent customers reaching out via online chat while processing account modifications as per customer's request.

As a Nurse:
- I have special skills on handling patient needing medical and surgical care, nurse education and performing bedside care and procedures such IV administration of medications and blood products, suctioning, NGT feeding, foley catheter insertion, to name a few.
- I also worked as a Chief Nurse in a secondary hospital with 40-bed capacity where I was able to utilize my knowledge on skills on nursing administration, formulation and implementation of innovative and up-to-date policies for the improvement of hospital protocols and upgrading of quality of nursing care.

As a College Instructress:
- I worked to educate third year Communication Arts student on subjects, Science and Health Communication and Environmental Communication.
- The said
courses were taught to prepare students to create and handle health-educating radio or television programs and write documentaries that advocate environmental friendliness and protection.

As a Radio Disc Jockey:
- My four-year adventure as a part-time Disc Jockey gave me special skills on radio broadcasting by handling weekend night programs entertaining listeners by featuring and interviewing aspiring local acoustic solo artists and bands who can showcase their singing talents live through the radio program; and a Sunday program focusing on playing Christian songs to inspire listeners to reflect on their own spirituality and encourage them to have a stronger faith in God.

As an Executive Assistant:
- My first job made me skilled in giving administrative support to the President and Medical Director of a tertiary medical center by writing inter-office memorandums, speeches for the hospital executives, minutes of meeting, and other official correspondences; maintaining an organized record management; facilitating and organizing meetings and conferences conducted by the President; consolidating booking of appointment with hospital executives and organize lists of schedule as guidance for their daily activities; and conducting other administrative tasks deemed necessary to support the executive department.

As a Theater Actress:
- I joined Lipa Actors Company, a premier theater group in Lipa City, Batangas, where I am an Actor Apprentice and will soon be casting to theater plays to be aired online for the meantime while pandemic quarantine restrictions are still in place.
