Payroll Specialist / Admin Assistant

I have 2 years and 10 months of experience working in the Payroll department and has experienced handling different clients. My attention to details, time management, quick learning skills, and adaptability have greatly helped my in becoming effective in my role and it has been recognized by the organizations I have worked with in the past.

I have 2 years and 10 months of experience working in the Payroll department and has experienced handling different clients. My attention to details, time management, quick learning skills, and adaptability have greatly helped my in becoming effective in my role and it has been recognized by the organizations I have worked with in the past.

I have been using the Microsoft Excel since 2017 for storing and organizing important data. I also utilize this for personal use such tracking my schedules and monthly finances.

I have experienced using the Google Sheets as a way to store important data and organize them at my previous jobs and I have since started using this as well to organize schedules and finances as well.

As someone who has worked in the Airline Industry for almost two years, I have experienced answering calls regarding passenger inquiries and requests on a daily basis. When I started working in the Payroll Industry, I have also practiced my communication skills through frequent client calls with clinicians inquiring about their salaries.

I do not have a direct experience working in the HR department, but as a Psychology graduate who also had an internship in the HR department for around 6 months, I believe I have still have what it takes to become an effective HR.
