I've worked as a Customer Service Specialist for a telco company as my first job for roughly 8 months, after that, I landed a job as a manager at an agricultural retail store for five years before I ventured out into freelancing or working remotely from home. I have developed impeccable phone and e-mail manners, and an ability to deal with agitated or distressed customers, and I'm accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously.

My experience in Customer Service and a managerial position have helped me improve my leadership skills, allowed me to gain organizational skills, and provided me with extensive knowledge of how to upsell services and goods to potential clients.
