Profile Description

I am a Civil Engineer with
a solid experience in Quantity/Cost Estimating and Project Coordination Works.  I am very keen into details and am excellent
in interpreting engineering drawings and contracts. I have a very strong
coordination skills – I work with different suppliers, contractors, consultants
of different trades. I communicate with them via email, phone and face-to-face
as needed. I used Excel in evaluating cost proposals, doing cost comparisons, financial
cost reports, evaluating claims, etc. I supervise bidding process of different
contract packages such as general construction works, landscaping, interior fit-out,
swimming pool, construction management with qs services. I preside precon
meetings and clarificatory meetings. I also manage an Instagram business
account – clothing line. I procure goods, confirm payments of clients and ships
orders.  I also do drop shipping.
