Maintain accurate records of shipment details, proof of delivery (POD), and related documentation. Collaborate with carriers, warehouse teams, and customer service to ensure on-time performance. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.

In this role, I was responsible for real-time tracking and monitoring of freight shipments, ensuring timely updates to both internal teams and customers. I handled high volumes of load follow-ups daily, communicated directly with carriers and drivers, and resolved delays or issues proactively to maintain on-time delivery performance. Key responsibilities included: Monitoring shipment status through TMS and carrier portals Providing regular updates to customers and account managers Coordinating with dispatchers and drivers to ensure accurate ETAs Escalating service failures or accessorial issues (e.g., detention, TONU) Ensuring POD/BOL collection and documentation Maintaining detailed and timely notes in the system This role helped me develop strong communication skills, multitasking under pressure, and a deeper understanding of the end-to-end transportation process.
