Profile Description

For the last 11 months of my stay in Shopify, I’ve been supporting the theme editing request of merchants. I was trained on how to find errors on liquid file, removal of residual codes from a deleted app but I still handle common issues like Billing and the complex Google SEO, Facebook Ads, and Facebook Marketing. I’ve been also a POC/SME on the teams that I’ve been to, as a POC/SME they will ask me questions and I’ll share with them the knowledge that I have. Also, if the issue of the merchant is for a third party theme or app or within Tier 2, they will ask me first to review it before sending it to other departments to be sure that it will not be flagged as an invalid escalation. With the help of my colleagues and doing some research, watching videos, and reading guides. I was able to learn more about HTML and CSS, adding or removing unwanted elements on the theme to make the store look better.
