Profile Description

During my time supporting Shopify merchants, I worked extensively on theme-related requests and day-to-day store issues. I was trained to identify and fix Liquid file errors, clean up residual code left by removed apps, and handle common concerns such as billing questions. I also dealt with more technical cases involving Google SEO, Facebook Ads, and Facebook Marketing.
Because of my experience across different Shopify roles over the years, I was regularly assigned as a POC/SME within my team. Teammates often came to me for guidance, and I helped review complex cases—especially those involving third-party themes, apps, or Tier 2 concerns—to make sure escalations were valid and accurate before being sent out.
With continuous learning, research, and hands-on work, I strengthened my skills in HTML, CSS, and basic Liquid customization. This allowed me to confidently add, adjust, or remove elements from a theme to improve the store’s overall appearance and user experience.
