For the past five years, I have worked as a virtual assistant for many real estate firms; I conduct cold calls, follow-up, live transfers, and collaborate closely with agents. I am familiar with dialers like Mojo, Xencall, Five9, VUpgrade to see actual info, Calltools, Zoiper, and, to some extent, RedEx. I have a lot of drive, am kind and effervescent, and I know how to conduct myself in any scenario. I handle both incoming and outgoing calls. knowledge of the mortgage sector, leads from buyers and sellers, expired listings, FSBOs, and absentee owners. I like to take chances and am always up for a challenge. I am also very eager to learn new things.
