Profile Description

As an experienced Operations and Logistics Manager, I have a deep understanding of multichannel eCommerce operations. I have honed my expertise in areas such as inventory management, listing health and performance, international logistics, product sourcing and inspection, administration, human resources, customer service, and marketing.
During my tenure in managing eCommerce operations, I developed a deep understanding of preparing and analyzing restock/replenishment reports for major retailers, creating and monitoring shipments in multiple countries, identifying refund/reimbursement opportunities, managing inventory removals, and generating labels.
I possess exceptional analytical skills in reviewing weekly sales reports, troubleshooting account and listing health issues, creating and monitoring cases, conducting keyword research, tracking PPC reports, and managing listing updates.
My international logistics expertise includes coordinating with logistics partners, validating supplier invoices, preparing POs and purchase contracts, facilitating the payment-production process, setting up inspections, analyzing inspection results reports, and searching for potential suppliers.
