Hello!
I finished my Bachelor of Science in Biology last 2013 and currently taking my MS in the same field. During my primary, secondary, and university life I have always been tasked to be the treasurer of the class, wherein I monitor all payments or contributions required from each student for any event or project in school.
I have worked in two business process outsourcing companies with a total of 2.5 years of experience in lead generation and customer service. Most of my tasks in my first employer were taking down notes of the customer's medical history for legal claims. While the second job that I landed was solely customer service wherein we place orders, track their packages, and assist them with any minor credit card unauthorized charges.
Currently, I am working as a senior product specialist for a top distributor of rapid diagnostic test kits for food quality in the country, for more than five years now. Mainly for sales and marketing, lead generation, business development, project and product management, and technical services for all equipment sold including troubleshooting minor and major repairs, and calibration.
I also work part-time as an online ESL teacher for a Chinese company. Where most of my students rUpgrade to see actual infoe from 3-12 years of age. Every after class we evaluate the level of understanding and competency of the student and suggest the most suitable way to improve their English, may it be picking a more advanced lesson, or encouraging them to watch videos or read certain books.
Some of my skills that I can account for are my level of proficiency in English communication, efficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, basic photo and video editing, and computer literate with an average typing speed.
