I have worked with Accounts Receivables for more than 8yrs now experience on end to end process of customer account management including existing and new markets.
I've worked with global companies such as Financial Times, (LSEG )Refinitiv, Thomson Reuter and Citigroup which my main client are based in US.

I have intensive experience for collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past-due accounts, and maintaining cash receipts.Manage the decision process on disconnecting customers when payments cannot be negotiated.Manage complicated cash application issues and billing disputes
