I worked in different BPO companies for over 6 years. I worked as a Customer Service Representative for big banks in the U.S for 2 years. The remaining 4 years, I worked as Sales Representative mostly doing outbound calls for different products e.g marketing products for the author's book, business class tickets, appointment setter for solar installment.
