• Screening and profiling candidate resumes to ramping accounts or LOBs. 
• Creation and update of applicant profile in Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
• Rotates across different recruitment functions due to need, to promote a robust
back up system and maintain the cross functional skill set

• Assigned as a specialist to the Employee Referral Program of Teleperformance
Philippines.
Facilitates virtual conference about the referral program of the company and it's
current promos. 
• Updating, creation and sending of needed reports and referral
production/numbers. 
• Participates in meetings about the employee referral program promo creation.
Answering of inquiries about the referral program via email
• Sending of email broadcast to active employees about the current promos.
Screening and profiling candidate resumes. 
• Conducts initial and validation interviews for different account LOBs.
Rotates across different recruitment functions due to need.
