Profile Description

I do a lot of admin tasks.
Major tasks to work on are checking mails from different account managers, tracking of employees went on AWOL so we can send the Back-to-work notice, track the upcoming regularizations per account so I can prepare the document, check if there’s a request for Promotion/confirmation so I can check the eligibility and other requirements, assist on Administrative cases so we can issue Show Cause memo or schedule a hearing.
Handling administrative cases is the most important as we follow timelines in issuing the memo until the closure of the case. There’s a lot of time that I have to send a lot of email follow up on the manager’s to avoid lapses.
Since I am new to a “work from home” setting, I know my experience is not enough but I want to discover how I can adapt to it and learn new things by the use of modern technology.
