Greetings!
Having a lot of different work is really challenging and rewarding at the same time. I learn a lot of things that I am thankful for.

I was able to become a Customer Service Representative. I handled queries from customers through chats, emails, and calls. With that, I can say that I am confident in providing excellent customer service. I also have experience as being Human Resource Assistant, specializing in Timekeeping. I am glad that I was also exposed to doing accounting work such as Payroll, Billing Accounts, etc. Currently, I am an Online Freelancer and full-time HR Generalist. I am excellent in these roles:
-Social Media Evaluator: I can evaluate social media posts. I always seek quality work. I ensure that I evaluate posts with the accurate criteria that the client gave. This role requires quick thinking and decision-making.
-Transcriptionist: I was able to transcribe short and long videos/audio to convert into text. I can say that I am giving accurate outputs always.
-Online Tutor: I experienced being an Online Tutor to kids that needs academic assistance. I learn to be patient at all times.
-Virtual Assistant: To be honest, I was hired for a 1-month project-based contract. I can say that I am excellent at Data Entry and Email Management.
