Profile Description

My name is Via Mae Robledo, and I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. I am fluent in both written and spoken English and have over seven years of experience in the BPO industry, along with several years of experience as a freelancer.  

During my first four years in the BPO industry, I worked with a Health Insurance account handling dental and vision benefits. My responsibilities included processing claims, verifying patient benefits, and coordinating with healthcare providers and their staff to ensure accurate coverage information.

 From 2020 to August 2021, I worked for a satellite radio service provider in the United States, assisting customers with radio services for their vehicles. I handled sales of radio devices and subscription plans while providing excellent customer support.  

Since September 2021, I have been working as a freelancer.

From September 2021 to January 2023, I worked with PhDental, where I was responsible for verifying dental insurance coverage, checking patient history, remaining maximum benefits, and deductible information.  

Since January 2023, I have been working with a pharmaceutical company where I verify healthcare provider information by contacting hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. I also conduct online research to validate and update provider details, ensuring that all information in the company database remains accurate and up to date.  

I am a quick learner, flexible, patient, punctual, and reliable. I take pride in meeting deadlines and consistently delivering high-quality work.
