I come with more10 years of diverse experience having worked for the BPO Industry and handled campaigns that were aggressive like Sales, Customer Service, and intricate like Technical Support across chat, voice, and Messaging (SMS) platforms before turning freelance. I have worked with complex accounts that dealt with Telecom, Cable, and internet services support based in the US. I am well versed in all aspects of administrative work such as research, creating and compiling reports and spreadsheets, studying and interpreting data, and developing key actions to achieve and exceed set targets.
