I have thrived in a home-based environment for more than four years, and I have a lot of experience from a number of jobs. I have worked as a customer service representative for 5 years. My customer service experience improved my communication and problem solving skills. Along with it, I have worked as a careful data labeler for 3 years, and video/audio transcriber for 2 years, both at part time set up, showcasing my analytical abilities , attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Additionally, I have worked as a cold caller for less than a year. My years of experience in different fields makes me confident and comfortable enough to work whether it may be through phone, chat, data entry or transcription.
