I have an experience in Customer Service for almost 4 years. I worked in a BPO Company for 2 and half years and have 1 year of experience in E-commerce as a Virtual Assistant tasked to assist Customers via email and SMS. I am a problem Solver who married Google years ago. I have excellent communication skills to Customers, especially when selling products or highlighting benefits if they inquire about a certain item.  I have used, Shopify, CRM, and DCL tools.
