I'm currently working as a Team Leader for a BPO Company, managing a team of 9 agents, ensuring that each teaUpgrade to see actual infomber performs their core responsibilities and provide them coaching for opportunities that will help them do their jobs efficiently. Prior to that, I worked online as a Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Representative for an Australian Company for 9 years where I handled chat, email and answered phone calls for their customers, as well as do admin tasks such as scheduling and task management. Before that, I've been in the call center industry for more than 4 years doing inbound and outbound sales for a telecommunications company, as well as catering live chat tech support and doing customer research and profiling for a luxurious travel club.
I am looking to take my talents and skills to the online world and be able to work in the confines of my home. I have no prior experience as a virtual assistant and other various online jobs, but with my experience as a call center professional, I believe I have the edge among other Upgrade to see actual info my 4+ years of experience as a call center professional, I've done inbound and outbound sales for Sprint, and was recognized for being one of the top sellers. I've also been trained to cater phone and live chat technical support for Linksys, and have done inbound sales, too. When I got promoted, I was assigned to Inspirato and became a trained customer research specialist tasked to do profiling and research for prospective customers. Along the way, I've acquired several other skills with other computer business applications such as MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other apps like Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat reader. Most recently, I took crash course in Search Engine Optimization and have learned other suite of apps like WordPress, Google Analytics, etc. With these skills in place, I will be able to work with less supervision and figure things out in a precise manner. I want a long term, stable job where I can help you build your business and take it to better heights.
