Profile Description
Provide 24x7 operations support to ensure applications and systems are available as per Service Level Agreements. Work with Incident Management and other support teams to address tickets on time
Installation and configuration of applications such as Office 365, MS Intune(iOS and Android), SAP, VPN Cisco AnyConnect, GoToMeeting, etc.
Create, manage and migrate new and existing SharePoint site, Distribution list, Shared, Room mailbox and Shared folder access.
User account administration through active directory, Office 365 and On-premise Exchange in Citrix Windows Server 2008
Create, updates, and maintains the accuracy of all the IT Asset records in Service-now CMDB
Able to communicate in a professional and friendly manner with internal and external client with outstanding client support skills.
Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate channels. Works under minimal supervision on advanced technical or unusual support problems.
