Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for the past 7 years. I've handled Telco Account as Customer Service Care where I will answer their questions, concern, and other queries. And of course, I always wanted to go beyond or do the extra mile, because our account is under CSAT where after the call they will send you feedback which is a challenging part for me. I don't know them but I make them happy that's the feeling that helps me to motivate in my daily life I always think I'm working not only for my family but for the people that I know I will put suddenly smile on their Upgrade to see actual infopecially I always make sure to them that they will think and says to themselves he's different. I really enjoy working as a customer service representative and now I decided to work from home to be with my kids and soon to be with my upcoming Upgrade to see actual info addition in the past couple of months this 2019 I let myself read as always watch videos that can help me to upgrade my skills in fact I purchased doodly software. I want to inspire people that's why i created explainer videos.
By the way I can type 60-68 wpm. I am ready for the typing test if ever.
