I used to work for a US-Based MEDICARE INSURANCE company for more than 5 YEARS. My role is to PRE-QUALIFY customers by asking them what they have. IF they have a Supplement Plan (Medigap), Medicare Advantage Plan (PPO/HMO), Medicaid (LIS), Tricare or VA. After verifying each lead that's that time I'll transfer the call to the Licensed Insurance Agent or set an appointment for a callback.
