For 8 years, I was employed as a Customer Service Representative for different Businesses based in the United States, Canada, and Australia. I have experience in handling Telco, Flight Reservations, Banking and Finance, and E-Commerce. For 8 years I was one of the Front liners for their businesses. Aside from that, sometimes I also handle the personal transactions of my clients. I work as their Personal Assistant in which I make Hospital Appointments, call their respective financial institutions, cable and telco companies, and the like. I've been with this business for almost 5 years now.
My very first bread and butter and serves as my Part-time job is as an ESL teacher or Tutor. I am a teacher for almost 9 years now. Most of my students are from Korea, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan. I teach Grammar, Pronunciation, IELTS, and TOEIC.
